Return & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes we can change our mind, therefore we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Given that the product is still in its original packaging and the condition in which we shipped to you.

*Please note, that Bellaland does not offer free returns. In such case, you are welcome to choose your local courier.*

How to return an item?

1. Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused condition in the original package.

2. Send your parcel to our warehouse and remember to ask for proof of purchase incl. tracking number from the postal service. Make sure to choose a business delivery option (not access point).

3. Email us with your full Name, order date and number , and the product that you have returned, along with the tracking number.
