Are your products safe?

Yes! Yes! Yes! Bellaland values the quality and safety for our little ones.

All our products are tested to pass safety requirements. They are all LFGB/ CE /SGS CERTIFIED.

All silicone products are made with premium food-grade silicone. Each of them are free of BPA, PVC, phthalates, lead and cadmium.

How are your products packaged?

Bellaland cares for our environment, therefore we try our best to eliminated plastic in our packaging.

Our toys are secured in our beautiful branded reusable cotton drawstring bag which you can use over and over again! It is also great for storing away your Bellaland toy or carry it on the go for your little one.

Our meal time products are packaged in our brand designed cardboard sleeves / boxes.

All textiles are packaged in brand designed frosted bags.

How will my order packaged?

Each of our items are carefully checked , examined and packaged with love and care before we send it off your way!

All of our orders come packaged in a branded mailing box wrapped in our eco-friendly tissue paper, so that you will know exactly when your Bellaland order has arrived!

We hope everyone will feel like their Bellaland delivery is special, even if it's for your little one, you will feel like opening your gift on Christmas morning!

How to care for your Bellaland products?

There are care instructions on the page of all respective products to show you how to care for our products.

All our silicone products are microwave and Top-Rack dishwasher safe!

Moreover, They are made to last a lifetime!

Is your payment platform safe?

We understand that your privacy and security is super important which means it is at the top of our priorities. We use Shopify Payments which is extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

What currency is your store in?

All prices are set in CHF by default, however, there is a currency option on our site.

All pricing is then displayed with the currency of your choice.

What payment methods do you offer?

Currently we accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) that can be used for online transactions, we also offer Apple Pay for quick payments.

If you prefer, we also offer PayPal!

Don't have a credit card? We offer direct bank transfer as well, simply transfer to our account and email us, we will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment.

What is estimated delivery time and shipping costs to my country?

If you are within Switzerland, expect to have your order arrive within 3 business days after we have shipped your order.

For other countries and regions, you will find the estimated delivery time and shipping costs to your country here.

Bellaland will not be liable for any delay that occurs which is not within our control.

*Please note, that after confirmation of your order, it might take 1-3 business days before your order is shipped from our warehouse.

I have not recieved my tracking number

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation. It will come with a tracking link. Note that it might take 24 hours for the tracking link to be updated.

If you haven't received an email from us, please check your junk mail and if you have provided a correct email address upon the checkout.

I am experiencing issues with delivery

If you are experiencing any delivery issues, you are always welcome to contact us with your order details at webshop@lbellaland.ch. We are also happy to help.

Please note, that delay might occur on international shipping, or if the package is held at customs in your country.

Can I change my shipping address?

Realised that you have input an incorrect address? Provided your order has not shipped, please immediately contact us with the new details so that we can arrange your order accordingly.


*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and you cannot recieve your order, we are unable to retrieve it for you.

How can I return or exchange a product?

If you change your mind about the product, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange. In order to send return package to us, please choose a business delivery option (not access point), as we are not able to collect packages from parcel shops. Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns at the moment, therefore you are welcome to choose your local courier. 

When I will receive a refund for my product return?

The refund will automatically take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel at our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

I have received a product with a defect or a wrong product

Bellaland takes each order seriously and check each product before it is sent.

In this unlikelihood event, please contact us at webshop@bellaland.ch with your order number and a product image. We will be glad to assist you further.
